Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please describe items, products, and services solicited in booth. In order to assure variety, there will be limited duplication of
vendors. Items not listed or approved should not be sold. Please send a photo of your booth. This year’s theme is “Cinco de Mayo.”
To help promote a fun event, please decorate your booth and/or dress in the Cinco de Mayo theme.

Booths are 10’ x 12’. Please purchase additional space if all of your booth, people and supplies do not sit comfortably in space.
Set-up starts Friday night at 5 p.m. Vehicles must be removed from the festival by 9 a.m. Saturday.

All prices are plus $25.00 if electricity is needed.
Electricity: _______ 110 ______ 220 one plug per vendor. If using electricity please bring long enough extension cords to reach
from the middle of the street to the alley or sidewalk. There is an additional charge of $25 for electricity.

Neither the Mineola Area Chamber of Commerce or City of Mineola (“Sponsors”) assumes any responsibility or liability or claim any loss or damages to Exhibitor or
Exhibitor’s property arising from Exhibitor’s participation in Mineola’s May Days Festival.
